And running is an integral part of the exercise. Running is also a very effective way to lose excess weight. However, if you run like that, it will not work, you have to follow certain procedures.
1. Those who run on a treadmill should keep the treadmill speed slightly higher than normal jogging speed. Once the pace is set, start running, doing a 'hard sprint' for at least 30 seconds. After 30 seconds of running, rest for 30 seconds. Run this way at least 10 times.



2. If possible, instead of running on flat ground, find a place that has some elevation or high stairs. You can run up and down those stairs. Run up once, then back down. But rest for at least one to one and a half minutes before climbing the stairs. How many times you run this way depends on the length of the stairs. However, running in this way is quite difficult, so take care not to put too much pressure on the body in the beginning.
3. Those who are relatively fit and exercise regularly can do interval training, they can do 'short sprints'. How to do? Here is the method-
Run at a steady pace for 40 to 50 meters. Rest when tired. Then run again in the same way. If unable to run in this manner, run at maximum speed for 100 meters, rest as long as necessary, then repeat. Run like this 4 to 5 times.
